What exactly is a concierge?

 

A concierge is a professional helper.  A concierge will locate those “hard to find” tickets for you, arrange dinner reservations, get hotel reservations, and run your errands. 

A concierge will do your errands, the “to do’s” on your list, and make your personal arrangements all at the same time.  In short, a concierge is your meeting & event planner, errand runner, personal shopper and delivery person.
